The concept

You keep a lighthouse on a quiet stretch of coast. Days are slow: trim the lamp, log the weather, watch the water. People arrive by boat — each with a small story — and leave again. There's no combat and no fail state, just tides, seasons, and the slow accumulation of a life. I want it to feel like one coherent little world, pixel-art, 4–5 hours, the kind of game you finish in a weekend and think about for a month.
